CLEAR FROM THE START

Fixed quote after scope review, with GST-inclusive totals confirmed in writing. Hosting, domains, software and ongoing support are separate unless agreed. Changes outside the approved scope are reviewed and quoted before work proceeds. Regulated advice, complex production backends and specialist security work are not standard inclusions.
